Great little teapot
"This teapot is indeed pure silver, I had it tested with an XRF gun so if you’re concerned don’t be. The teapot is the perfect size for one or two people and it is pretty hefty for its size. Functionality wise it works great, but my lid in particular is pretty loose. About 1/4 inch or so movement when I move it around. It’s not terrible, it still pours great, and if you go slow it doesn’t leak much, but I do wish it were a little tighter so it didn’t make so much noise when transporting it. The silver teapot does stain very easily from your teas, so I try to wipe it before the tea dries on the pot. I’m sure eventually I’ll just polish it up again, but that would remove the nice dark finish on the outside. My knob got bent a little during shipment I think, it’s not bad, but I noticed it. Too scared to try and bend it back right now. Overall I do love the pot, I’m posting about it on a lot of groups right now and I’m getting tons of inquires about where to purchase it, so I’ve been linking to this website. Hope you guys enjoy the free advertisement lol."

Epic Little Teapot
"Epic little teapot, it's small but enough for two people. Not sure how to clean it yet, likely silver cleaner will work? The outside gets stained by hot water and the shou puerh doesn't help either. I will pull everything out of the tea, quite efficient in that sense."

Beautiful teapot with great funcionality!
"The silver teapot is even more beautiful in person, as all the little details really shine as one realizes how small they really are. It pours really smoothly, so functionality was perfect for me. The lid has a bit of movement, but not much. It sits fine while pouring, had no issues with it. As it is a smaller size (120ml) i would recommend teas with larger leaves as it is quite hard to clean out the small, hiding ones. The handle (even though covered) can get quite hot after longer steeps, so around 15-20 sec is where i would start pouring. One additional good to know: the water stains are quite hard to remove even with damp cloth I was unsuccessful. But overall it is a perfect addition to my tea set and love the details. It delivered the promises."

This teapot is absolutely amazing.
"This teapot is absolutely amazing. Fast in heating and cooling off. But silver prevents tea leaves from boiling. You can brew any kind of tea in it. Wonderful design and craft. Thanks for it!"

A pleasure to own, a delight to hold, and a master brewer!
"This stunning looking silver pot has been in my awareness for a long time. When I saw this was back in stock, I simply could not resist buing it, and I haven´t regretted it since. It comes in a very beautiful bamboo box as well! Now I am the proud owner of a real silver tea pot! The first thing you will notice is the weight of it. It gives that extra quality feel to it, and is a delight to hold in your hands. This becomes HOT, so be careful. This also means that the heat retention is much better compared to a clay pot. For many types of tea, this might be a game changer. I first initiated this pot with 5 g of High Mountain Taiwan Oolong, and it simply blew me away! Just from putting the tea into the smoking hot pot, the beautiful smell filled the room! The brew was so clean and open, and all the delicate top notes were beautifully preserved! Compared to brewing in porcelain, there was more taste, and made a more vibrant and powerful tea. Then over to some 1999 Ripe Puerh! WOW! Simply amazing. All the layers of the tea was fully exposed. Qi Lan Rock Oolong tasted like never before: lots of spice and citrus that could easily be overly muted in a clay pot. Since then I´ve tried it with aged White tea, Liu Bao, Dan Congs, other Yanchas and Raw Puerh as well. They all work very well indeed with this pot. Be aware that the silver takes on a ´patina´ quite quickly, and it will not be shiny the way you could expect from steel. There seem to be forming some tiny-tiny cracks in the silver that gives a vintage old look, which I have learned to love by now. I have not tried to polish it, but prefer to keep it this way. The lid has good fit, the pour is fast and it is easy to clean. Don´t worry bout leaving tea for too long in it, or if you should drop it on the floor, I would be more worried about the floor that the pot! Thanks to Scott for making these pots available to us at such a good price. They are actually cheap compared to other silver pots on the market. I hope one day to own a silver kettle as well, that should take the experience to another level... to be continued."

Perfect pot!
"This really is a great pot. I could go on but bottom line I am very happy with this pot and as an everyday solo drinker, it just delivers such a nice experience. The pot delivers such a clean representation of the tea. I have only had this pot for a short while and honestly would not want to part with it. I love the weight! Truly a pot to treasure."
