This tea is pressed from ripe pu-erh tea that was harvested and wet piled in 2013 from Menghai area material. The tea was aged in Menghai for 8 years before being pressed into cakes in 2021.
The result is a hearty, thick, and complex ripe tea with no wet pile taste. This is a classic semi-aged Menghai ripe that can be enjoyed now or stored longer term.
