YiPinTang is a brand and tea factory in Menghai town in Xishuangbanna. They specialize in Ripe Pu-erh and their wet piling process is overseen by Mr. Xu. Mr. Xu started his 15 year career with Menghai tea factory in the late 1980's, during which time he mastered the wet piling "wo dui" process.
