About this tea in Li Wen Hua's own words:

Jingmai Mountain, one of the representatives of Yunnan's outstanding Pu'er tea production areas. Here is the world's best-preserved, oldest, ancient cultivated tea plantation area, which is the root and source of the world's tea culture.

When we walk into the thousands of acres of ancient tea gardens in Jingmai Mountain, we look to the tall tea trees in a wide range of moods. They quietly absorb sunlight and rain, as well as mosses, lichens, wild shihu, wild bees and butterflies and other animals and plants on branches. Growing together.

The diversity of forest ecosystems and the unique environment have made the ancient trees of Jingmai Mountain have the characteristics of high fragrance, strong bones, and deep rhythm.

Selected ancient forest tea raw materials from several top ancient tea gardens in Jingmai Mountain were divided into micro-producing areas according to factors such as forest conditions, elevation,  orientation, tea quality characteristics, and the optimized combination of raw materials for micro-producing areas were integrated in perfect combination to produce this Peacock cake.

The Baohexiang brand launched the Peacock Tea Cake, highlighting the style of Jingmai, especially the unique taste, aroma, qi, rhyme (韵味) of the ancient forest tea, as well as the natural beauty and tea beauty.

The qi of the No. 1 old tea was related to its ecological and natural environment at that time. It can also be said that the atmosphere of the forest is different from that of the Peacock, the brilliance of the traditional Pu'er tea, the brilliance of the tea, and the Peacock's ability to carry , to bring new samples to the product and collection.

Li Wen Hua is a long time Pu-erh veteran, he's been producing pu-erh for Xinghai Tea Factory (1996-2004) and then later worked for the Menghai Tea Factory as a master tea blender from 2004 to 2008.  Several Da Yi brand ripe and raw blends can be credited to Li Wen Hua. In 2011 Li Wen Hua founded the Bao He Xiang 宝和祥 Brand of Pu-erh Tea with a distinct focus on creating high quality blended ripe and raw pu-erhs as well as single mountain blends as well.  Bao He Xiang is a relatively small brand with productions ranging from 250 kilograms to 2000 kilograms in total.
