Produced exclusively for Yunnan Sourcing by a small tea factory in Yong De.  We selected Fall 2010 material from wild arbor trees and then with extreme care ask local Yong De people to meticulously braid the tea.  After being sun-dried, the tea is arranged carefully and then stone-pressed.  Just like a good wild arbor Pu-erh this tea has incredible clarity and is very infusable.  A balanced mouth-feel and clean!

"I purchased two beengcha soon after they were offered for sale. The tea was not really ready to drink when I received it; so, I put one of them away. This year (2020) I am drinking the aged tea, and I’m very pleased that I put it away for these years! The tea has aged well and the tea is wonderful — the soup is clear, the tea has a distinctive flavor, very clean finish. The braids are awesome visually; but it also means that the tea is great for multiple steeping (as the braiding provides a kind of time-release aspect; good for many steeping cycles with increased time/water temperature."
