Explore a very unique selection of what is known as one of the original "post-fermented" teas, Hei Cha. Taste a curated selection of Liu Bao, Fu Brick, Qian Liang, Tian Jian, and Hei Cha Zhuan, and develop an appreciation for the distinct aroma, flavor and mouthfeel of these amazing teas.

This type of tea is very old, going back into history as one of the original "post-fermented" teas. Here we have tea leaves that are piled up and fermented using different kinds of post-production techniques. The result is the characteristic "golden flower" or tiny fungus that creates a rather unique therapeutic brew of sour-sweet tea.** This tea is also aged similarly to pu-erh and has become increasingly popular.
