Made from natural grass that when dried is quite strong but pliable.  This was painstakingly hand-woven.  The strainer piece is a piece of very strong nylon that was sewn on by hand.

If you'd prefer a natural looking strainer to a stainless steel one then you are going to love this one!

 

Round strainer diameter is roughly 7cm

Length of whole strainer including handle is roughly 13.5-14.5cm

"In regards to the longevity of this strainer, it’s really amazing. After a year or more using it on a weekly if not daily basis it’s still going strong. The grass is stained black from use but I think it just adds character. The filter is just as good as the day it arrived and is still sewn on strongly despite a lot of cleaning and use."
