I love this product! I have 4 of them: 2 at work (1 for black and pu-erh teas, 1 for white, green and oolong teas), 1 at home, and 1 at my parents' home. I especially love it at work, because I can easily do gong-fu brewing with a minimum of items to clean at the end of the day.
There are a couple of drawbacks:

...Read MoreRead more about I love this product! I have 4 of them:s. When you remove it from the mug after brewing, you must place it on a coaster or plate to catch the drips. You could use the basket lid, but I have found that messy and inconvenient. I use a decorative coaster that looks nice on my desk, so this is ok for me.
2. It is difficult to fully clean the top part of the basket, where the tea goes, and literally impossible to clean the bottom part of the basket, between the wire mesh and the drip hole. The bottom part especially will become opaque with tea stains, and there's nothing you can do about it. That's why I have a separate one for black and pu-erh teas, vs. white, green and oolong teas.
