Autumn 2019 harvest from old "Mother" tea trees growing in Big Snow Mountain area of Lincang.  200+ year old tea trees growing at an altitude of 1900 meters.  An unadulterated environment and high altitude growing conditions imparts a near magical quality to the tea.  Cha Qi is super strong but with perfect clarity both in body/mouth feeling and taste!

"I picked up a cake of this on a whim. I am very happy with my purchase and will likely be buying more. The tea is mellow and smooth yet has a complex flavor profile. It has a bit of a vegetal taste upfront with a pleasant drying of the throat that has flavorful and complex floral note on finish. Aroma is nice but nothing special. I tend to enjoy autumn teas and this is a nice example I think. The energy of the tea is somewhat strong and warming but very pleasant and not overpowering."

"Really powerful and excellent tea, having had samples of the 2012, it also ages nicely, but hits you right on the head in a good way now - I go back to this one frequently, and picked up a second cake for aging - also makes a nice base for sheng-shou blends, don't overlook this one!"
