"The cup I got was a lot less nice looking than in the pictures. It had some gold paint on the inside of the cup as well as the outside being a lot more smudged and not as clear/clean. I've had one of these in the past that looked just like the pictures though. I contacted support and they said it was just the nature of it being handmade and they wouldn't do a replacement. But I don't really like the fact that there is gold stuff on the inside of the cup, makes me not want to drink out of it. So just know when you order this you may not get a great example. its a great cup otherwise."
