There is a fantastic evolution of flavor, excellent mouthfeel, clean and crisp finish with a sweet minerality that is detectable across the whole mouth and back of the throat. The leaves maintain their integrity across 12-14 cups, it's hard to wash the flavor out, and at the end of the session the leaves smell wonderful.
The aroma coming off the bottom of an empty cup is like crack. I cannot get enough of it, it's very difficult to describe because it introduces a layer of experience that is somehow different than either the aroma of the dry/wet leaf and the taste in the cup... it's got its own thing going on that adds a nice touch.
