This is a special tea made from Jinggu Yang Ta village area Large Leaf varietal tea (Camellia Taliensis). Made from first flush spring tea this White tea is delicious and fruity. First infusions give the impression of freshly cut green grass. Later infusions yield a floral and fruit smell and taste.

Similar material to Yue Guang Bai, but different processing makes this tea unique.

"Nice bud heavy Bai Mu Dan. Light, easy going and refreshing mellow young white tea. Subtle pear-like fruit, flowers and mild ‘white tea herbaceous’ flavors for most of the session. Late long steeps with hotter water hint at honey or caramel to my palate. No astringency even when casually brewing a pile of leaves with barely enough room to set the gaiwan lid on top, so it passes the mom test. Tasty tea, tasty price! Hooray!"

A great white tea

"If you ever wanted to start exploring the fascinating world of white tea, this is a great one to start. Its sweet, caramel/honey flavor mixes perfect with its floral aroma and its fresh cooling end. For people that are in to aging white this is a solid one to age. I'm personally also planning on putting some apart from aging. Once more scott shows us that great quality tea does not always have to be expensive."
