Technically only the camellia sinensis is truly "tea", however for sake of ease we now use the term "tea" to imply all herbal infusions and tisanes. There is a deep and rich history of blending teas with flowers, herbs, and spices. For some it is the art of blending to create unique dynamic tastes, for others it is a more simple therapeutic experience. We present to you here, some of the most therapeutically valuable and flavorful teas from Yunnan and the surrounding regions.
