The product title says it all! It's tea harvested from Pure Assamica varietal tea bushes (same bushes that Pu-erh is harvested from), and then wilted and sun-dried to make a very natural black tea!
The taste is honey sweet with a malty character. It's not astringent or bitter. This style of sun-dried black tea shares some character with a shade-dried white tea.
