Through slight oxidation, the tea maintains a hint of oolong-like greenness that embodies its rocky origins. With a balanced combination of sweetness, floral notes, and minerals, there is a fleeting touch of bitterness that serves as a reminder that we are savoring the disguised nectar-like dream potion made from tea leaves. For optimal brewing, we recommend using 85-90C water and keeping the first infusions short.
