This pressing is entirely Bu Lang Mountain raw pu-erh tea harvested in 2011 and 2012, and pressed in December 2012.

Sweet and full

"Thick body, mostly swet but a with a light bite of bitternes. A bit cloudy but good storage non the less. Very good value for the quality."

Good things come to those who wait

"I sort my raw puerh teas into those I'd drink up now, those I'll drink to see the changes as they develop, and those I'll leave alone. I can't decide which of the latter categories this belongs to because it is distinctly smoky and moderately astringent, but still has enough body and character to enjoy right now. This is a good companion when you want your tea to behave like a single malt, boldly washing down the grease. But I think it's going to be very good with a long rest."

Terence W. (5/5)

Good stuff!

"Super delicious tea! It leaves a very unique, thick texture on my mouth each time I sip it. Very faint smoky note on the first two infusions, later on it gets sweeter with notes of honey and camphor, very smooth with nice astringency that leaves you wanting more. Balanced and uplifting cha qi. Great example of a high quality Bulang puerh tea."
