Liming Tea Factory is located in Menghai and specializes in both ripe and raw pu-erhs composed of Xishuangbanna tea leaves.  This cake is a blend of several Bu Lang mountain villages' tea!

This is a blend of Menghai area spring harvested teas.  Aged in Guangdong from 2008-2015, and then Kunming thereafter has given this tea a very interesting taste.  It's well aged and very smooth to drink but still plenty of complexity, qi, and a thick mouth-feel to boot!   Liming has proved it's raw pu-erh blends are high quality and age well.

** Some wrappers may be bug-bitten with little holes in the paper. There may also be some dust between the wrapper and the cake. Rinse tea once or twice briefly before drinking! If you are squeamish please don't order this tea!

"I'm familiar with Liming teas, I have the Golden Peacock and 0432 which I like a lot. This tea is very sweet and 'bright' like fruit and a little floral. It has a sticky candy kind of taste and texture too and there's an aged quality to it but its very clean and refined to my humble tongue all with an aroma to match. The astringency doesn't appear until middle steeps. It gets quite strong but tolerable, not mouth puckering which is nice while maintaining that fruity/floral/candy sweetness. The cha qi hit me up high in my head/face by surprise. I get a nice warming and mellowing feeling with comfy blanket in winter vibez. This tea is cake worthy based on it's taste and feeling by themselves. The price is just an added bonus. They're on a roll with me. Another great Liming!"
