"It's really hard to describe what it is that makes me enjoy this tea so much. It's floral, fruity-sweet, but earthy and nutty as well. Incredibly well balanced and my favourite tea when I want to feel focused and very sharp. excellent when writing. I like to steep closer to 90C."
