2024 Yunnan Sourcing "Bang Wai Mountain" Ripe Pu-erh Tea Cake
Bang Wai Mountain is in the county of Lancang not too far from the Jingmai Mountains. Bang Wai tea, like Jingmai tea, is a naturally occurring mixed (large and small) leaf varietal that displays a floral sweet character juxtaposed against a hoppy bitterness. When wet-piled into ripe tea this becomes a pleasant fruity tea with some chocolate bitterness and creamy mouth-feeling.
We are very pleased to offer a lovely tea from this unique and special place!
