2020 Yunnan Sourcing "Nuo Mi Xiang" Ripe Pu-erh tea and Sticky Rice Herb
Nuo Mi Xiang (糯米香 Semnostachya menglaensis H. P. Tsui) is the Chinese name for Sticky Rice Herb. Nuo Mi Xiang is a natural herb that grows in Yunnan and has been mixed in a very small ratio with a 2019 ripe pu-erh tea to impart a sweet and glutinous rice taste to the tea. There are many grades of this Sticky Rice Scent herb and we have selected the highest most potent grade available! Combined with the high quality ripe pu-erh tea we used makes this little cake a delightful and unique experience!
This production is not branded by Yunnan Sourcing in any way, so it might be a good option for those not wanting to re-sell our brand.
250 grams per mini cake, 7 cakes per bamboo leaf tong
The ripe pu-erh (but not the rice scent herb) has been tested in a certified laboratory for 191 pesticides, and is within the EU MRL limits set for those 191 pesticide residues.
