Composed entirely from wild arbor fermented spring 2012 tea leaves from Bu Lang Mountains of Menghai. 3000 kilograms of was gathered from the spring 2012 harvest and fermented by a tea master in Menghai town for 48 days. Medium-light fermentation has preserved much of the original character of tea making it a highly textured drinking experience.

"This is my second sample of Hai Lang Hao vintage . This one is tasty, smooth with a very pleasant flavor. If you are a lover of shou I highly recommend you at least buy a sample. I put 8g of tea in a 115ml clay pot and got at least 6 nice steeps. I read John S. review and may try his ratio to see if I like it better. Tea on"

"Hai Lang Hao teas are my favorite teas. I’m not sure exactly why, but every time I purchase a sample, I devour it. I’m hoping to one day be able to purchase some whole bricks, but pretty expensive. I do love them though."
