Lao Man'e Brand is produced by a medium sized tea factory based in Menghai (Xishuangbanna).  They specialize in Menghai area teas, in particular teas grown in the Bu Lang mountains.  They have their own certified organic tea gardens near Lao Man'e and Mannuo.
