"This is one of the teas I have been buying repeatedly over the last few years. I love it for two reasons. Firstly, it tastes great—very distinct and clean Dian Hong flavour. Secondly, it is practical for my trekking trips, as no strainer is needed. Hard to oversteep, very little astringency, and full of pleasant aroma. Maybe a little thinner than some other Chinese reds, so you need to put a bit more leaves in your cup."
