Picked and processed in Late-March from 25-30 year old tea bushes, and then carefully processed to perfection. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe tea was processed like a traditional Dan Cong, but with minimal oxidation to preserve the tea's creamy, floral jasmine-like aroma. Although this tea bears the name \"Jasmine Aroma\" (茉莉香) there was no use jasmine flowers or oils of any kind to achieve the effect. In reality, it's not similar to a true jasmine tea, nor does it attempt to be. It just has the faintest, most subtle similarity. Most of the tea is green, viscous, sweet, bitter, floral and slightly astringent.
