Mutton Fat Jade Porcelain is a unique porcelain style from Dehua (Fujian) that is aesthetically pleasing but also has excellent heat retention and is completely non-porous.  The look of Mutton Fat Jade Porcelain 羊脂玉 is startling and pleasing with a matte look.  It's not a glazing technique, the entire piece is the same material inside and out.  The matte finish is also hydrophobic so water quickly moves off the outside.  

 

Includes strainer and stand.

Zero Metal Strainer

"I used to use a cheap metal one before picking up this marvelous strainer. I love that it does not contain any metal. It also does not have any grooves or anything for leaf particulate to get caught in, so cleaning it is very easy. The strainer I received appears to have more holes than the one imaged. Mine also appears to have finer holes. The strainer fits perfectly in the matching Mutton Fat Jade Chai Hai Tall Pitcher. The strainer comes with a little stand which seems unusual at first but it actually proves to be very useful."
