Wild Arbor King (乔木王) was first introduced in 2006, and quickly became one of Mengku's most popular raw pu-erhs.  In 2006 it won the prestigious Expo Tea Award in Kunming.  A great tea with excellent aging potential and high percentage of wild arbor tea leaves!  This is a classic Mengku raw pu-erh that has stood the test of time and proven itself to be worthy of aging!

Q&A

How uniform is the leaf grade through the thickness of the brick? Any tiny chop or fannings in there?
Inside and out same leaf grade. there isn't any difference except the middle might be a little tighter which can lead to a bit more broken leaves when prying the leaves off.
Is the brick version made of the same leaves as the bing?
I don't know for sure, but my guess is very close but not the same. I have done a side by side and they tasted slightly different.
