2022 Yunnan Sourcing "Da Shan" Sun-Dried Taliensis Black Tea
Da Shan (lit. Big Mountain) is an area in the northwest of Jinggu county not too far from Bang Dong area (Lincang). Our Da Shan black tea is plucked from mature large leaf taliensis tea trees (aged 40 to 100 years). These are the same tea trees used to make pu-erh tea, but can also be processed into black tea with excellent results.
Smooth, fruity and malty, with light, floral astringency that will gradually transform into chocolatey sweetness as the months and years roll by.
250 Gram per cake (5 cakes per bamboo leaf tong)
40 Kilograms in total (just 160 cakes)
Wrapper Design by Elena Marie Honzáková
