Imperial Grade Jasmine Pearls is the tippiest first flush tea and mix with the freshest Jasmine flowers and uses a special steaming process to naturally impart a strong fragrance and taste of Jasmine into the tea leaves! This process is repeated 5 times to impart a deep jasmine aroma and taste, but without compromising the character of the green tea itself! Very infusable with nice balanced taste after 6 to 8 infusions!

Recommend 85C water and 20 to 30 seconds infusions at first!

"The first thing you’ll notice is the fragrance. The potent floral aroma of jasmine wafts out of the bag as you open it, suffused with hints of honey and a suggestion of passion fruit. I wouldn’t dream of tossing the first pour of this succulent green tea. I suggest a quick wash at 175-180. Pour out no sooner than it takes you to set down the kettle and pop the lid on your gaiwan. The first steep is all about the aroma, and it is intoxicatingly sweet. The taste is clean and light as clover honey. As the pearls unfurl and the tea expresses itself, you will be pleasantly surprised by the subtle grassiness and umami that serve to emphasize the blooming scent. Like a dream of summer nights cutting through the fog of memory. Not to gild the lily any further, this tea is exquisite. Buy a kilogram, you won’t regret it in the slightest."

Excelent flavor, aroma, and sttep quantity

"I had tried a tea with the same name in a tea shop located in the USA, I had initially thought it would be okay at best but i was wrong. That tea was great and shortly after i finished it i bought this hoping it'd be similar. To my surprise it is EVEN BETTER, the jasmin fills your nose while the green tea sooths. I found it to brew best at 80-85 (175-185 F) degree's with an initial steep of 10-12 seconds, after about 7-9 steeps 30-45 second steeps still bring flavor in each sip."
