The aging of pu-erh is dependent on many variables, one of which is the form the tea takes. This sampler allows you to explore what effect aging for several years prior to pressing it into a cake has on the tea. It ages more quickly in mao cha form, so these teas have a distinctly different character than cakes of similar ages!
