A direct punchy brew

"This is a no nonsense in your face pleasure for shu drinkers. It is neither subtle nor delicate, but doesn't leave you wondering. Hits up front with a rich dark chocolate cocoa which passes quickly into a deep bitterness which lasts until it leaves a full oily sweet coating in the mouth. As a long term daily ripe drinker this is a unique and deeply satisfying brew. Uncomplicated, strong, and direct, yet comforting. I think it will age well. The bitterness is mellowed a little by the wo dui process but is very present and I suspect it will turn into something malty and spicy over a long time."
