Light and fresh green
"Some people say that the highest-quality green tea has the lightest colour and a subtle taste. In that regard, this is one of the highest-quality greens I've tried. I really struggled to come up with a profile. I've used 6g of leaf in a 100ml gaiwan with 85 °C water. The smell was pine, chestnut and roasted peanut. The tea soup was light and brothy, with a grassy, steamed spinach and peanut soup flavour, only diluted. For people looking for the lightest teas, this could be the best choice. I did not mind it, but Dragon Well, Cloud Mist, etc. have more flavour and aroma for me."

I genuinely could not taste this tea
"Brewed it gong fu style, with 4 different brews. I couldn't taste it at all each time. The smell is floral and subtle. The reviews suggest I'm a crazy person, but I have to keep it real."

Green Tea Review
"The quality was great and authentic to the recipe. I made pink chai out of it and the strong herbal notes showed through despite the spices and bit of sugar used. Will definitely shop in the future."

Thank you YunnanSourcing 🙏
"Visually clear and light tea. Notes: First steeps: very brothy, umami, almost Chicken soup, cured meat, Mortadella… Later steeps: roasted chestnuts, boiled cabbage, vegetable broth. Overall: you wouldn’t say from the notes profile I pointed out, but this tea is glorious. Love it!"

A Pleasant and Reliable Green Tea
"A very enjoyable green tea. Brewed with 80 °C water, it withstands many infusions while maintaining a consistent flavor. The taste is not showy; my associations while sipping are potato skin, peach, and something deep with a slightly vegetal — though not salty — character. I did not perceive any nuttiness, and the tea is neither particularly sweet nor sour, and certainly not bitter. Perhaps the final infusions carry a touch more astringency… Overall, a very pleasant tea that I can wholeheartedly recommend!"

Good for the Price
"Very good for the price, but the complexity of flavour drops off quickly with successive steeps"
