...Read MoreRead more about ... and this one is aging well. It's tropical fruity notes - I get banana with undertones of mango, and an acidic bite reminiscent of fresh-cut pineapples that comes out as the session progresses and the minerality builds in its strength.
The finish is persistent and crisp, with a nice minerality to the mouthfeel and a beautifully long-lasting aftertaste that is reminiscent of fresh-cut florals, like gardenia, rose, with hints of stewed apple coming out to play as the aftertaste lingers on the palate and emanates from the back of the throat.
It doesn't have a very strong cong wei in the first half of the session but this does become more apparent on the back-end as the spine which holds the flavor profile together and allows it to persist in the aftertaste for so long. Yummy.
