"Thick glass. They do not become hot to the touch, but I have somewhat desensitized hands so your milage may vary. Ideal for my purposes. Color of extraction is clearly visible. The facets add necessary character, making these glasses feel at home on a tea tray; not a laboratory or next to a cutting board like some glass cups."

"These cups are super simple, but super awesome. They're thick and sturdy and the tea soup really shines in them. I love the way they feel in my hand, too, as they have a nice heft to them. Highly recommended if you want to keep things simple but still look like you've got really expensive cups!"
