Nicely padded tea cozy

"I have several tea cozies of this style and in the same price range, purchased from other sources but the Yunnan Sourcing one is the only one with any kind of actual padding in it. I don't expect this to protect from a drop, but it will definitely protect from light dings when in storage or in transit inside another soft bag (like the YS carrying case, which is gorgeous). And if you're like me, where you're clumsy but still put all your drink ware into one giant cupboard, I'd recommend this to protect any tea ware you don't want to accidentally ding and damage."

Good basic protection for carrying teapot

"I'm quite happy with this teapot bag in general. But I feel it's not thick enough to protect teapot. So I wouldn't use it without additional wrapper or box. Especially for expensive teapots. It will be great to have thicker material and more layers for extra security."

Very Good Storage

"These little bags are very good for storing gaiwans, and the tiniest of teapots. The padding is probably adequate to protect something which fell from a short height. It will also keep dust off. I just wish I'd ordered another one."

Smaller than I thought but looks durable and I give it a 4.5 for that reason

"I like it and bought one to hold the new Yunnan Sourcing branded gaiwan and cups set. It holds the gaiwan and one cup (if you squeeze a bit for the cup and add a bit of the bubble wrap to protect the cup in the gaiwan) so I ordered another coming in my next order to hold the extra 3 cups and will probably get a third to house a Chai Hai (serving pitcher) to have for a complete set. My suggestion would be for a new branded cozy/storage bag that the color is fine with me but the brand name ink is a bit dark to be noticed on the dark cotton surface. Perhaps a complimentary color similar to the internal color would stand out better against the dark material? It might also be nice to commission a Yunnan Sourcing Cha Hai pitcher that matches the same material of the gaiwan and cups set for the COMPLETE Yunnan Sourcing experience. At an even later date, perhaps a Yunnan Sourcing branded bamboo tea table or even a full set with the option of a branded teapot or gaiwan in a box with the tea table? Just some ideas for you Scott as I think at least some of your regulars would welcome this addition to our teaware collections!!!!
