"Received this recently in my altest order and am very pleased. The design really pops on the white material and the dimensions are perfect for me. The lip of the gaiwan extends far enough so that it does not become overly hot and the same goes for the button on the lid. "Working from home, I start every day with a different tea in this Gaiwan. It is both beautiful and sized perfectly for my use. The Tea Boat, too, matches perfectly with the Gaiwan. What an exquisite sight while sipping wonderful teas! I would have given it five stars, if the rattan coaster in the Tea Boat held up better. As-is, it warps when drying out. Gently flattening it results in some of the finer strands breaking, and leaving sharp points sticking out - very difficult to get flat again - I worry that the wobbling Gaiwan may fall."
