The tea itself is made from Spring 2022 harvested tea leaves from the Gao Jia Mountainous area of Anhua County in Hunan. Gao Jia Shan is both a place and the name of the tea factory brand that produced this lovely tea. Gao Jia Shan as a producer doesn't have as long of a history as Yi Yang and Bai Sha Xi tea factories but nonetheless produces very high quality Fu Brick tea processed in the traditional manner. Gao Jia Shan is a premium medium-small producer of An Hua Hei Cha (including Tian Jian, Fu Cha Zhuan, Hei Cha Zhuan, and Qian Liang Teas.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eThe tea was fermented with a few days of wet piling and then pressed into bricks. After pressing, the golden flowers flourish in the inner section of the brick where the conditions are just right to support them.
