A blend of Spring and Autumn 2022 harvest from old "Mother" tea trees growing in Big Snow Mountain area of Lincang. 200+ year old tea trees growing at an altitude of 1900 meters. An unadulterated environment and high altitude growing conditions imparts a near magical quality to the tea. Cha Qi is super strong but with perfect clarity both in body/mouth feeling and taste!

A must try

"Trully beautiful leaves, the cake comes somwhat loose so mostly unbroken leaves can be pried. Dry leaves smell fairly pungent of good raw. Once wet a medley of vegetal aromas can be perceived as well as a slight touch of sweetness. The taste is really quite mineral and somewhat almost metallic especially in yixing pot which imo does give it an extra oomph compared to porcelain. Can be pushed hard without getting too bitter or astringent in fact it should be pushed in order to showcase what a great tea it is. Some flowery hui gan but not much. Fairly potent qi, especially on empty stomach plus with high leaf ratio and long infusions, some slight face tingles and headband feeling. Some sessions out of nowhere you find yourself gazing into the air with a strong sense of peace and calm. Does go a good 6/8 infusions pushing it hard i suppose doing shorter infusions could go into the low teens. If you wanna feel some real tea for a reasonable price give it a chance, im curious as to what the spring only version will be like"

Lovely fruity sweet clear relaxing tea

"Just a really enjoyable tea. It tastes like clean morning mountain air and sweet autumn grasses to me. Just the right amount of flowers and slight bitterness...leading towards clear slightly sweet tingles on the tongue. sweet ! Try a sample! Better yet...don't!!! Ha!"
