"This fresh, raw pu-erh has a pronounced fragrance which I relate to a 20 year aged cake I’m fondly familiar with. I rarely encounter this aroma in raw pu-erh and never as intensely as in this 2024 Lincang Impression. With this new addition I am going to be able to let the 20 year old age much longer while I enjoy the new one in all its fresh, jungle flowery resonances."

Love this tea

"Best wake-up and get going tea I've had in a little while. This is definitely a new favorite for me. Has a delightful bubble gum-like sweetness, countered by a decent amount of bitterness, but all very much in balance. Apricot fruity notes. which are common in raw pu-erh I think, however this tea is not boring at all. Good complexity to the tea, and kind of reminds me of an IPA-style beer, maybe. In fact, the mouthful has a kind of heft and potency to it, not unlike an alcoholic beverage. Only thing I wish was here is maybe some more prominent florals, but a great tea nonetheless."

Amazing aroma

"I find this an exceptional young sheng. It has a particularly intense, flowery, fruity aroma. I brew this at 1 year age with boiling water and still, it has almost no bitterness. The taste is fruity, vibrant, and lively. I first got a sample and liked it so much that I bought a full cake. Especially for such a price, it's an amazing tea. It's very approachable, I'd expect this one to be liked by many."
