"Last Laugh" is a blend of 6 different ripe pu-erh teas ranging in vintage from 2016 to 2018. The blend containing many different grades and regions produces a smooth and complex tea with hints of tropical hardwood, dried fruit, malt and flower essences. It's just really good tea that will get better and better with proper storage and aging.

Another Pleasant Hit From the Masters!

"In 2019 I went on a sample buying spree and had sense taken a break from buying new teas. It wasn't until this year that I started to work through these samples and I had to come to the website after trying this one out. From the first steep and until the 6th I was greeted with an incredibly pleasant mouthfeel with an enjoyably sweet flavor to match. I'm talking a soft velvety smooth texture and taste. This tea for me screams comfort and I can enjoy this one at anytime of the day. There isn't any abrasive flavors in this cake at all, and I think this would be the perfect cake to get someone new to ripe pu-erh to understand the subtle complexity and beauty of it. This might be a new favorite for me as it is just the way I like my ripe pu-erh's and will be highly recommended"

Smooth and Woody

"I absolutely love this cake and the sweet woody notes are pleasing to taste. There are layers of complexity throughout the whole cup, it's perfect!"

Incredible shou!

"I've just started getting into shou pu'erh and so far am a fan. I added this to my order last second on a whim, and I am very glad I did! This shou is quite naturally sweet, and has a luxurious viscous mouthfeel that goes down incredibly smooth. Of course the base notes of it are what you would expect from really any shou, but that sweetness really rounds it out. After a few steeps, you start getting this really pleasant astringency that is just barely there, but combines beautifully with the viscous, smooth mouthfeel to give it some texture. This tea also provided me with a surprising amount of steeps before it started to fizzle out. I brewed 5.5 grams in a 100ml gaiwan with boiling water. 15 second inital rinse, then I brewed it for 10 seconds, 15, 20, and so on. I am on infusion number 12 or 13 right now, and it is just now starting to lose a lot of it's flavor. Ive never had a tea that gave me that many steeps before! This is one of my favorite shous that i have tried so far! Would also make an excellent introduction for someone new to shou pu'erh, as it is a really smooth and rounded tea. Nothing off putting about it at all."

Marshmallows and Fluffy Blankets

"The above is what comes to mind while drinking this beautiful, viscous, supremely comforting tea. It's warming, smooth and actually does have a hint of marshmallow and chocolate after the second or third steep. This is simply a delicious dream of a tea, and it makes me as happy as the adorable pig on the wrapper looks! Definitely a tea I shall be buying again."

Very smooth comfy drink

"From the 2019 lineup of YS ripe teas, this is my favourite so far, for the price this is the sweetspot for a daily drinker for me. Well rounded taste, very smooth, hard to overbrew but still some interesting twists - mouth cooling sensation and dark bitterness mixed with a nice wood aftertaste. In my mind this is a great successor of the 2018 YS blue label."

Nice blend, great value

"Have now had both grandpa style and gongfu, with 3.8 grams in a 60mL gaiwan. There's still a tiny nip of wodui that gets washed away in the first rinse. Then it's on to luscious breadiness and ginger. Second steep is heavy on the citrus. Third shows a really intense hazlenut quality. Then starts calming down into a lightly sweet woodiness with a distinctly enjoyable hui gan. Such an incredible value for a daily drinker. Pleasantly complex, smooth, round, and ready to drink."
