Clean aged taste

"I bought a full cake of this and really am enjoying the Aged quality of it without the mustyness and loss of vibrancy that can come from a wet stored tea. This Xiaguan cake and the 2012 Yunnan Sourcing "Chen Xiang" Aged Raw Pu-erh of Wu Liang Mountain are two new additions I'm really enjoying. Especially in these cooler months."

Xiaguan.

"I am not a big fan of xiaguan tea factory, because the tea often lack texture and sweetness in my opinion. They might have interesting top notes though. This one, although it has a very classic xiaguan profile, it is also way smoother, thicker, and sweeter. So quite worth it."

Happy beginner

"Honestly, that was my first experience with pu-erh tea and I didn’t have high expectations. However, i have been so happy with both delivery and tea quality and made the second order a week after I received the first one. I cannot call myself a tea aficionado but i definitely enjoy the “nose”, “palate” and aftertaste of pu-erh if I may pull analogy to the wine tasting terms."

Surprising tea

"I brewed 7 grams in an 80ml Gaiwan...Did quick steeps and got a really enjoyable 10 rounds or so. This tea has a lot of nice flavor for me. The potency of Lincang is there in aces, but with a nice aged smooth texture and feel in the mouth and stomach. Definitely worth trying out if you want a tasty semi-aged raw that is affordable."
