These are high quality heavy duty kraft paper ziplock stand-up pouches for tea packaging and personal use (storage). The pouches are shipped flat, but can be opened and have a expandable base seam which allows the pouch to stand on it's own and also allows for additional storage volume.
The top of the bag has a high quality zipper lock. Just above the zipper lock line is a tear point so you can use a heat sealer between the zipper lock line and the tear point to create a sealed shelf ready product whose seal can be broken by the customer and then re-sealed any number of times for daily use.
These are the same type we use to package our own teas. All pouches are kraft paper with food grade plastic/aluminum barrier and totally opaque (excellent for blocking UV).
The amount of tea a pouch can store varies widely from tea to tea. We can't tell you the exact amount each pouch can store, but given the measurements given below you should be able to get an idea of the storage capacity.
