"As someone new to tea, it was an interesting experience to test different ages of white teas one after another to see the progression. I don’t exactly have the palette of a sommelier, but I was definitely able to tell that the teas become sweeter and gentler as they age. I’m not able to pick out flavor differences in the younger teas personally so they weren’t my favorite teas I’ve had, but they were still tasty and inoffensive unlike some I’ve tried. Still, for my first time really attempting to go deeper and to identify minute differences in similar teas I can say it was satisfying."
