I would like to thank

"I would like to thank you very much for recommending this black tea to me. It has floral, honey and roasted sweet potato aromas. Best to drink hot."

Not quite the same this harvest

"I've been buying this tea for several years and always found it to warrant the highest rating, it's among my favorites. However, the spring 2024 picking isn't quite up to its usual high standard in my opinion. The leaf quality is larger, rougher, less uniform in color, and bit less flavorful compared to previous harvests. (I have both 2022 and 2023 harvests in my tea cabinet for comparison.) It seems ever so slightly less sweet and malty. Like wine, tea is subject to the variabilities of the weather and processing, so one must accept these things. Nonetheless, this is still a very fine tea that I'll buy again."

Very delicate and gentle tea.

"Very delicate and gentle tea. The color of the infusion is not very saturated, pleasant aroma and light taste. Quickly loses flavor on the second and third brews."
