"As the title says, it's a nice cold-weather tea. At first, a herbal medicine aroma and aged funk are dominant, with some light astringency and bitterness. Later steeps were smoother and the savoury medicinal note gave way to a pleasant sweetness around steep 10, which reminds me of fortified wine, honey, and fruit. Nice litte arc. My only complaint is that the taste doesn't linger in my mouth much, although the herbal aroma does. Brewed at 100°C the whole time, steeping from 15 to 60 seconds. Got 15+ good steeps."
