What a complex ripe!

"This one is very complex. It's dark, it's bitter, it's slightly sweet. We are talking about coffee-like aromas, 95-100% cacao chocolate. There's also something like a diesel or kind of a fuel type of aroma in there which is very uncommon. It's like these Caroni rums where you get these flavours regularly. Not a daily drinker but man, what a tea this is! One thing though: The compression of this cake is a joke, you really need to be careful while breaking it apart."
