"Menghai Tea Factory recruits tea masters better then the University of Kentucky recruits freshmen basketball players! This is a new recipe that is a quality, bargain priced success . The mild aroma reminded me of a woodshop or bakery or maybe the slightest hint of a rainy forest. Nice fermentation flavor that is smooth on the whole tongue. Soft texture with no bite or harshness whatsoever. May not be complex enough for some, but it's young ya'll! Definitely drinkable right now, but am excited to see what the years bring to this tea.
