This Premium "AA" grade Da Hong Pao is light-medium level roast, and brews a thick golden-orange color tea soup. The aroma is fruit and spice with just a hint of roast. The mouth-feel is pungent and viscous, but at the same time ultra-smooth and lubricating with a long-lasting sweet after-finish. The brewed leaves are whole and a deep brown and olive color.
