This is a Spring 2009 harvest production from Mr. Zhai. It's a blend of Min Feng, Mang Fei and perhaps other Yong De area teas. The blend of these teas creates a full bodied complex tea that is sweet, but retains an underlying bitter/astringent taste that adds a layer of complexity to the tea (by contrasting it's sweetness).
This is a Spring 2009 harvest production from Mr. Zhai's organic tea gardens in Min Feng Mountains. The tea has been dry stored in Guangdong and brews up a ruddy orange tea soup with a thick pungent mushroom and camphor aroma and taste.
